Shipping policy

Shipping costs will be added at checkout. Our calculator does its best to charge you what Canada Post charges us to ship your products.  Note that sometimes we do offer to cover the costs of shipping if it is to an address in Canada.  Please see website for further details for any promotions where we offer free shipping.

We ship to Canada, the US and most countries.   In most cases your order will be shipped within 72 hours (often faster than that).  If a product is out of stock or we have any questions about your order, we will contact you via email.  All orders are shipped from our store location at 105 King Street West, Dundas, Ontario L9H 1V1.

If you live near our shop, we also offer Curbside / Local Pickup.  On the checkout page select "in store pickup".  Orders are usually ready for pickup during shop hours and usually ready by the next shopping day.  If you would like same day pickup, kindly phone 905-627-9208 to notify the staff you would like to pick up the order that day if possible.
